FAQ

Our loan notes provide a fixed level of return while protecting your intial capital.

CCA Financial is a trading name of Spot On Network.

CCA Financial is not required to be regulated. CCA Financial is wholly owned subsidary by Spot On Network. In raising money through our loan note offering we are an alternative investment and therefore not subject to the same regulations as traditional financial entities. However, we remain committed to maintaining high professional standards. But our sister company Client Care Associates works with SRA accredited Solicitors to claim back refunds from the banks for fraud victims.

We understand that the safety of your capital is a top priority. While all investments carry inherent risks, we employ robust risk management strategies to safeguard your capital to the best of our abilities. However, it’s important to note that market fluctuations and other factors can impact investments, and returns are not guaranteed. We always recommend thoroughly reviewing our detailed risk disclosures and considering your personal financial situation before making investment decisions. Our team is committed to transparency and is always available to discuss our approach to capital preservation and risk management in more detail

Our loan note investment opportunities are structured with flexibility in mind. While the standard term is typically 12 months, we recognise that our marketing efforts and client acquisition processes may sometimes require additional time. In cases where your loan note investment extends beyond 12 months, we calculate returns on a daily rate basis. This approach ensures you will continue to receive the contracted percentage return until the full repayment of the loan note, regardless of the extended timeframe.

“We understand the importance of clear timelines for your investment. Typically, you’ll receive your capital and returns at the end of the agreed investment term, which is usually 12 months from the start date of your loan note. However, the exact timing can depend on a few factors:

  1. Investment Term: If your loan note extends beyond the initial 12-month period, as sometimes happens due to the nature of our marketing campaigns, you’ll continue to accrue returns at the agreed rate until repayment.
  2. Performance: The success and timing of our marketing efforts can influence when funds become available for repayment.
  3. Repayment Schedule: In some cases, we may offer a phased repayment plan, which we would discuss with you in advance.

We always aim to provide the most accurate information possible regarding repayment dates. You can find the most up-to-date information about your specific investment on our website, where we post regular updates.

As your investment nears its maturity date, we’ll proactively communicate with you about the repayment process. If you ever have questions about the status of your investment or expected repayment dates, please don’t hesitate to contact our investor relations team.”
